Ordering
What is the minimum order?
For wiring accessories the minimum is 10 units per item. Luminaires are supplied per carton; the minimum is shown on every product. Columns and charging lanterns are supplied per project.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, via our sample service you order a sample at unit price. The amount is settled with your follow-up order.
Do prices include VAT?
No. We sell to businesses only; all prices on the site exclude VAT.
How does project pricing work?
The price on the site is the first tier. From 100 units per item you receive a project price on request.
Delivery
What is the lead time?
Luminaires and wiring accessories ship within 5 working days of order confirmation from our European stock. Columns and charging lanterns have a project lead time stated in the quote.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on the number of cartons and the delivery address and is always stated in the quote. Larger project deliveries ship free.
Do you deliver to the project address?
Yes, straight to the project address if required, also phased per building section.
Warranty and returns
What warranty do I get?
Luminaires carry a 5 year manufacturer warranty (compact floodlights 3 years), wiring accessories and charging lanterns 2 years. All products are CE certified.
How does a warranty claim work?
Report the issue with photos via our contact form. For an accepted claim you receive a replacement free of charge.
Can I return orders?
Returns by arrangement: unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Business
How does a business account work?
You register with your company number. After approval you order at wholesale terms and on invoice if required.
Do you sell to consumers?
No, Lichtplein supplies businesses and institutions only.
Can I buy as a reseller?
Certainly. At structural volume we agree separate pricing and private label is possible.
